Ktn Totem to Totem Half Marathon

It’s not too late to sign up for the Totem to Totem Half Marathon and it’s also not too late to get your body ready either!

Hannah Donadio (Optimum Health and Wellness PT, Ketchikan Running Club Secretary and Totem to Totem Alum) will be hosting a complimentary live Zoom training sessions every Wednesday at 6:15pm beginning on March 10, 2021 and continuing weekly online from 6:15-7:00 pm leading up to the big day. All those who have registered for the event are eligible to participate!!! We would love to help you get your body at peak performance so that you enjoy your journey from Totem to Totem like never before. Trainings start this upcoming Wednesday!

Recordings will be available upon request for anyone who cannot attend the live trainings.

Financial Wellness Workshop

This free, pilot workshop is designed for Southeast Alaskans looking to improve their personal financial wellness and build their credit. Participants who complete the workshop will be eligible to apply for a Credit-Builder Card through Tongass Federal Credit Union.
The workshop will be held virtually on March 4-5 from 9am-12pm each day. Space is limited, so we are encouraging those interested to apply ASAP.
