Summary

Applicant will oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, sanitation & hotel operations. Must be customer service driven, happy, energetic and ambitious with working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Word & Excel and have the ability to work flexible schedule.  Year Round Position. Salary DOE

Responsibilities

  • Assist in Restaurants when busy
  • Assist with taking of reservations for the hotel
  • Assist with checking guests in and out of the hotel
  • Ordering of product
  • Taking calls for catering, preparing catering orders, setup and breakdown of functions, billing, and collection of payment for events
  • Scheduling staff
  • Hiring and training of staff
  • Inventories

Qualifications

  •  Restaurant  Experience
  • Catering Experience
  • Excellent Customer Service
  • Computer Knowledge
  • Able to work  Nights, Weekends, and/or holidays
  • Able to work Flexible hours
  • Frequent standing and moving around the work areas
  • Able to do stairs
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong leadership skills

Education and/or Experience

  • 2 yrs experience leadership role
  • 2 years experience in food and beverage
