Summary
Looking to add a Part Time Customer Relations position to our team for the 2022 Summer Season at our expanded location next to the Fireweed Lodge! Hours are 10am to 6pm, 2 to 4 days a week depending on interest.
True to our roots after 30 years’ custom processing seafood for POW locals and visitors alike, Wildfish is also found online and in 200+ retail locations around the country. Applicants should check out what we do at WildfishCannery.com.
Responsibilities
- First point of contact for our guests, in-person and over-the-phone
- Handle all guest interactions with a high level of customer service and friendliness
- Stocking, merchandising, and supervising business hour operations of retail store and drop-off counter
- Receiving local orders on-site and tagging for processing
- Processing guests through check-out
Qualifications
- Great listening and communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn our Point of Sale system
- Be a multi-tasker and comfortable with different kinds of incoming information
- Not afraid to get your hands dirty/fishy!
- General Seafood and local fishing knowledge and/or sport or commercial fishing experience a big plus
