Are you ready for an exciting summer job in one of Alaska’s newest cruise destinations? Klawock Island Ventures is looking for friendly, outgoing, and customer-service-driven individuals to join our team as Guest Services Representatives for the 2026 cruise season!

Job Duties:

• Provide top-notch customer service to Klawock Island Ventures guests
• Ensure guests meet excursion requirements and sign waivers (as needed)
• Announce excursion departures and escort guests to their tour vehicles
• Promote other Klawock Island Ventures activities and merchandise
• Work as a greeter to welcome and assist guests
• Communicate effectively with tour guides, drivers, and management
• Participate in required training (including cross-training opportunities)
