POWCAC, established in 1989, is a membership organization made up of municipalities, tribes, and Prince of Wales Chamber of Commerce. POWCAC promotes the resolution of issues important to the residents of Prince of Wales Island. The Prince of Wales Community Advisory Council is a non-profit member.

We promote the health and well-being of people across Prince of Wales Island by facilitating collaboration between healthcare partners and island communities.
