CCC is a non-profit facility. We are a State licensed center on Prince of Wales, providing affordable, high-quality childcare to families of P.O.W. since 1985.

POWCAC, established in 1989, is a membership organization made up of municipalities, tribes, and Prince of Wales Chamber of Commerce. POWCAC promotes the resolution of issues important to the residents of Prince of Wales Island. The Prince of Wales Community Advisory Council is a non-profit member.
